All services provided by MSM Hosting (hereinafter referred to as “MSM Hosting”) may be used for lawful purposes only. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of the services provided by MSM Hosting. MSM Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
The services provided by MSM Hosting may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. MSM Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, violates these terms may be removed or disabled with or without notice.

Prohibited Uses
This list may not be exhaustive. If you are unsure whether an activity is prohibited, please contact us. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content or activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Child pornography or any content harmful to minors. Any service found hosting or linking to such content will be terminated immediately without notice.
- Resource-intensive activities that excessively consume CPU, bandwidth, disk I/O, or network resources and negatively impact other customers.
- Unauthorized port scanning, denial-of-service (DOS/DDOS) attacks, or providing mitigation services for such attacks.
- Copyright infringement, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination.
- Phishing, fraud, deception, or other misleading activities.
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spam).
- Unauthorized audio or video streaming where not explicitly permitted.
- Using services primarily for file hosting, storage, or backup distribution.
- Obscene, violent, or non-consensual sexually explicit materials.
- Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening content.
- Forging or falsifying message headers or origin information.
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or attempted intrusion into any system or network.
- Distribution of malware, viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, or other harmful software.
- Advertising or providing services that facilitate hacking, spamming, piracy, or other illegal activities.
- Botnet hosting or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Any other activity that harms MSM Hosting, its customers, or its reputation.
Content Guidelines
- You are solely responsible for all content hosted or transmitted through our services.
- MSM Hosting reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these terms.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
- MSM Hosting maintains a zero tolerance policy toward spam, bulk unsolicited messages, and list abuse.
- Any account causing our IP addresses or network to be blacklisted may be suspended or terminated immediately.
- MSM Hosting reserves the right to disable services or charge cleanup and blacklist removal fees where applicable.
Defamation Policy
MSM Hosting is not a publisher of user content. We rely on applicable laws and court orders to determine whether content is defamatory. Where a valid legal order requires removal or restriction of access, MSM Hosting will comply accordingly.
Backups
MSM Hosting does not guarantee backups of customer data. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. MSM Hosting shall not be held liable for data loss, backup failure, or related damages, including losses caused by service suspension or non-payment.
Payments
Chargebacks, disputed payments, or fraudulent transactions will be investigated. Services obtained through fraudulent means may be suspended or terminated immediately, and associated data may be permanently deleted. Additional verification may be required for certain payment methods.
Refund Policy
All payments made to MSM Hosting are final. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances, including but not limited to unused services, early termination, service dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Mail Policy
By registering on our website and providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related and promotional communications from MSM Hosting in accordance with applicable laws. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting our support team.
Policy Violations
If a violation of these Terms of Service is detected, MSM Hosting reserves the right to investigate and take corrective action, including immediate suspension or termination of services.

零容忍垃圾郵件政策

退款政策

郵件政策
